Generation Z's letter to CEOs

The research focuses on the needs and demands of Generation Z that enters labor market with different expectations attitudes than previous generations. We present an analysis based a conducted online survey among 519 GEN members compare it similar surveys globally. Members in Serbia want to independently create their work environment ensure financial security, often through establishment own company, while at same time striving for stable earnings job security. Like global peers, is concerned about ensuring It's priority when they're looking they'd leave if they can't progress. Globally Serbia, this generation placed great emphasis mental health ranked as high defining desirable working environment. However, differ from peers terms importance sustainable aspect future employer. Although there are those who believe challenge, well other challenges, should be solved by companies, group young people still believes state have key responsibility solving problems consider important. results clearly show digital native, has clear employers putting health, stability, opportunity advancement applying maintaining certain job.
